Kingdom Financial Integrity?
Kingdom Financial Integrity LLC, founded by Wesley J Weaver was formed in October 2019, primarily to serve the needs of nonprofit organizations. Mr. Weaver brings over fifty years of experience within the nonprofit sector to this endeavor.
He has established various types of 501(c)(3) organizations, guiding them through the process from incorporation to completing the Form 1023 Exemption Application and receiving their exemption letters from the Internal Revenue Service.
Although Mr. Weaver had retired from his own accounting firm and his position as controller for an accredited university, he felt compelled to return to service. Recognizing the value of his extensive experience and knowledge, he decided to come out of retirement to give back to the community by assisting nonprofits. His primary lesson for these organizations is to maintain integrity and ensure compliance in all their activities.

About ...
With a career spanning over five decades, I bring unparalleled expertise and dedication to the nonprofit sector. Born in Pensacola, Florida, my early years were marked by service and commitment, including a commendable tenure in the Air Force during the Viet Nam War. My service was distinguished by a Letter of Commendation from my Command for exceptional performance in Germany. I answered a higher calling during my assignment in Germany, leading to a lifelong commitment to ministry. I have faithfully served as a lay minister for fifty years, holding significant positions such as elder, treasurer, trustee, and board member at Liberty Church, among many other roles in various ministries and nonprofit organizations.
Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of West Florida, obtained in 1975. My professional journey in accounting encompasses roles such as Controller for Liberty Christian College and Columbia Southern University, and Audit Supervisor for the Florida Department of Revenue. I founded Northwest Florida Consultants in 1981, an accounting and consulting firm specializing in assisting the nonprofit sector with accounting, tax, and compliance issues.In 2012, I transitioned to devote more time to family and my role as Corporate Secretary and Controller at Columbia Southern Education Group. I culminated my career there as a tax department supervisor before retiring. Even after retirement, I continue to impact the nonprofit sector through teaching and consulting. My extensive experience and unwavering dedication make me an invaluable asset to any organization. My profound understanding of nonprofit operations and tax compliance, coupled with my commitment to service, ensures that I will provide exceptional guidance and support to the organizations that I work with...INCLUDING YOURS!!
